Shipping destination

We currently ship to addresses in Australia only.

Shipping method and fee

We offer Standard Shipping only. The shipping fee shown at checkout applies to your order. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. This is an estimate only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided by our carrier, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once the shipment has been dispatched.

Address information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to update an address, email business@txturefty.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, email business@txturefty.com with your order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it.
