Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with txturefty.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your item is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you must contact us before returning it.

How to start a return
Email business@txturefty.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send an item back before receiving written return instructions. Where a return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, including an incorrect model selection, you are responsible for the cost of a trackable return shipment.
If your item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return-shipping cost where a return is required. Depending on the case, we may instead arrange a replacement or a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
